I am in favor of a healthy lifestyle. Human health is the most important value in life. As John Ray, an English biologist, said, “Health is dearer than riches”. I fully agree with this statement, because health can not be bought or acquired, not for any money, it must be preserved, improved and strengthened.
I believe that from an early age it is necessary to lead an active lifestyle, harden yourself, do physical training and sports, follow the rules of personal hygiene, lead an active lifestyle. If from the first days of life you eat junk food, watch TV all day, play computer games, stay at home all day and don’t go out in the street, then you’ll forget about your good health. All these things do not do good to health, but only harm. It’s good for health in a different way – jogging in the street, cycling, active and mobile games, physical exercise, use in your diet healthy foods, as well as walks in the fresh air. Also, a healthy lifestyle excludes smoking, because smoking is very harmful to human lungs. A healthy lifestyle also excludes the regular use of alcohol, and it’s not worth talking about drugs at all.
When I was 7 years old my mother gave me dancing lessons. I’m grateful to her for it, because 4 years in a row, 3 times a week, for 2 hours I did my favorite thing. Same physical exercise, but molded into a graceful form of dance, forced to keep the tension not only the back, but also the muscles of the torso, legs, arms, neck. The respiratory system is trained. Regular dance class, internally disciplines a person, makes you always be in good shape. During the period when I was engaged in dance I strengthened my whole body muscles, I got a beautiful posture, I caught colds less often.
It is a pity that now I do not have so much time for sports as before. But I still maintain a healthy lifestyle. I try to walk more in the fresh air, I do exercises every morning, and I do aerobics at home twice a week. I consume less fast food, overcooked and smoked food, replacing it all with fruits and vegetables. For a healthy lifestyle it is also important to get enough sleep and the ability to relax, rest. This way I keep my body in good shape, and prevent a number of diseases and overweight.
A healthy lifestyle is very important for young people. It is valuable to stay healthy and alert at a young age. Therefore, by choosing a healthy lifestyle, a young person doubles their strength. By adhering to a Healthy lifestyle, not only will we be happy, but also we won’t waste our time treating illnesses.
