The place for the design of information for the parents in Kindergarten 2 is the waiting room, which is visited by parents every day. When decorating the information corner the teachers follow the following rules:
– the content of the materials in the corner coincides with the topics in which the pupils are currently engaged in accordance with the program;
– the information is displayed in large print on a light background so that it can be read from a distance of 2-3 meters. The topic is highlighted in color and enlarged font size;
– the main information corners are wall and table top thematic information.
The stand “For You, Parents” offers brief information material on the main sections of the Program with specific advice and recommendations for the upbringing, development and education of preschool children in the family. The daily routine is also presented here.
“Business card” includes: the name of the group, information about the teachers and the junior teacher, information about the program implemented in the group. As well as photos of each of the puils, placed in the form of a droplet, which corresponds to the name of the group “Kapitoshki”.
The “Class Schedule” is also presented in the mature style of the “Kapitoshki” group. The design is not an end in itself for the teachers, but only a supplement which emphasizes the content of the materials presented. The aesthetics of the information provided for parents in the corner, the diversity, the colorfulness, the interesting facts, the illustrations, the pictures help to fulfill the task.
Also in the information corner for parents there are folders. The proposed material in them helps to better acquaint parents with this or that educational issue. Usually they contain thematic material with illustrations and practical recommendations. For example, at the moment of the internship, the teachers created folders with the following themes: “Speak to your child correctly!”, “Aggression attacks – how to eliminate them,” “Familiarizing the children with the phenomena of nature in late autumn. The content of the folders periodically changes. The choice of articles is united by a common content and is thematic in nature. Texts are chosen not very long, compact in content with the mandatory allocation of the paragraph. It is easier for parents to perceive such material.
In a corner “News from the lesson” educators place drawings, applications, handicrafts from plasticine, natural material, which preschoolers carried out according to the lesson plan. The goals and tasks that were implemented in the classroom are written out.
In a corner “Health” during the period of our practice the following information was presented: “Ten Advices to Parents” (on the issues regarding the health of the child); “Health Code”, “The development of the child and his health”; “Features of the development of the body of children”; “Colds and their prevention”; “A sample list of motor skills and abilities”, “Hardening”.
There is also a bulletin board. On it you can find announcements on a variety of topics and official information.
