Period of study practice from 15.11.16 till 22.11.16.
I passed the educational practice under the direction of the teacher of initial classes Kosumova A.Z. I was passing practice in the 1st class.
There are 18 persons in the class. From them – 8 girls, 10 boys. In general, the children are neat, they follow personal hygiene and are neatly dressed. The discipline in the class is good, the children are active and active. The class cannot be called passive. The children are active in learning and I would say they quickly adapted to school.
From the work we’ve done with them we can say they know a lot, i.e. they are well developed. But there are students who don’t do enough:
The children in the class are well-mannered. They know how to be thankful for help. The class is close-knit; there are no groupings. But there is still a lack of polite attitudes in conversations and in dealing with each other. We should work on eradicating street and slang words that slip into our speech.
The class reacts negatively to the fact that some students are not ready for class and come with unfinished homework. Students condemn students for misbehaving during recess and outside.
Most of all, I liked that the class was inquisitive. Students are interested in the situation in the world. They like to tell each other new and unknown things. They take part in all extracurricular and extracurricular activities. The state of health of students according to medical survey is satisfactory.
The educational practice was successful. My work as an elementary school teacher is very interesting and I got new opportunities for personal growth and self-realization in my life. I have noted for myself much from experience of teaching of other teachers. Getting down to duties of the teacher of primary classes, in work with pupils at a lesson I consider the main thing: formation of competence; abilities, knowledge, skills at pupils, and also ability to organize the workplace, a kind of a board, accuracy during work. In the activity I consider the most significant receptions of elevation of a role status of the teacher, praise and encouragement also allocate such kind of activity as game, therefore during practice I most often applied this receptions in dialogue with trainees. In the future I see myself as an elementary school teacher having a high level of theoretical and practical training, having an extensive knowledge base, able to transfer my abilities, skills and knowledge to students, able to interest my students. I believe that I will gain a lot from experience, and I am ready to put a lot of effort into it. I learned a lot for myself, and also by visiting the lessons of other teachers I gained a lot of experience. From the knowledge and the skills received at this stage of pedagogical practice I will take in the luggage of the future teacher of junior school manners, methods of teaching, ability to organize a lesson, ability to interest pupils.
Analysis of the pedagogical practice: On the whole the practice was successful, the set tasks were realized: I created favorable conditions for leisure time organization, mastered various forms and methods of educational work; I learned how to establish contact with children, to build favorable relations; I learned how to be guided in the content of the professional activity of a teacher. The atmosphere in the classroom was always benevolent. Children were very well-adjusted. It was pleasant to communicate with them. Of course, the most interesting part for me was communication with the children. We established a relationship of trust with them, and the friendly atmosphere of our team facilitated this. It was easy for me to establish close contact with the children and their parents and to maintain order and discipline in my class. During the whole period of practice I tried to keep a favorable emotional atmosphere in my class, to develop children’s interests in the kinds of activities they liked, to improve their creative abilities, and to keep a close eye on their health.
Of course practice is necessary to fully immerse yourself in school life. I want to sincerely thank the Teacher under whose guidance I practiced. She acquainted me with the program, textbooks and calendar-thematic planning. From the first days she trusted me, but paid close attention to my work and preparation of all the necessary documentation. Thanks to her I realized that I was on the right track.
Of course this is only a learning practice, but I want to point out that it played a very important role in my studies. During practice theoretical knowledge of students is deepened, expanded and strengthened, their pedagogical abilities and skills and professional-personal qualities are formed, pedagogical thinking, creative activity and independence develop.

What is the role of sample lessons in preparation for pre-degree internships?
In the modern conditions of informatization of the society and development of new technologies the educational system faces the task of providing training of highly qualified specialists. Teachers play a huge role in solving this problem by preparing educated, brought up graduates who will develop, complement and multiply the foundations laid by the teacher, whichever profession they choose. In this regard, quality teacher preparation is one of the priorities of the teacher education system. Practicum helps to develop methodological reflection in the context of the natural pedagogical process, in which the teacher reflects on the means and methods of his or her own pedagogical activity and on the processes of developing and making pedagogical decisions. Reflection on the teacher’s own activities helps the trainee to recognize difficulties in his or her own work and to find good ways to overcome them.
Does the college internship system provide preparation for independent work? What are the problems that exist?
The pedagogical internship for educational and extracurricular work is an important link in the preparation of future teachers for the upbringing of children. During the practicum period, students act as a classroom teacher’s aide and organize clubs in their specialty. Extracurricular educational work includes mastering the future teacher the methodology of educational work in all its diversity, complexity and training students in psychological and pedagogical observation, analysis. The main task of extracurricular work is the formation of practical skills of implementation of extracurricular activities in the subject. This type of practice develops students’ organizational, communicative, expressive abilities and helps them to successfully conduct trial lessons and classes in the future. It prepares students for independent work.
Did you manage to feel yourself as a teacher to the fullest extent during your pre-graduation internship? When did it happen?
Of course, you need an internship to fully immerse yourself in school life. It is not only about checking notebooks and keeping a class register, but also about analyzing the teachers’ work so I can use this experience in my own classes. I would like to sincerely thank the teacher under whom I practiced. Yaha Khanapievna introduced me to the program, textbooks, and thematic planning. From the first days she trusted me, but paid increased attention to my work, preparation of all the necessary documentation. Thanks to her I felt like a teacher in the full sense of the word.
In which elementary school subjects do you consider yourself more prepared, and in which less prepared? Why?
I like all subjects in elementary school. But my preference would be for math and native language classes. And those are the subjects I consider myself better prepared for.
What are your wishes and suggestions with regards to this practicum?
I think the pedagogical practice plays an important role in the professional development of future teachers.
